Subway - Redwood City

The employees were extremely rude, so I left without placing an order. I wish I could give them a negative rating.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. One of the staff members was unapproachable and ignored my requests. I asked to use the restroom twice, but she simply walked away. Fortunately, another employee helped me out. When I returned the key, she just pointed to the counter for me to leave it there. I found her behavior quite rude and unprofessional. I don't plan on returning.

I attempted to get a sandwich from this place, but there was a guy cleaning the windows with his headphones on, blocking the entrance. Once I finally got inside, there was someone in the back cleaning, completely unaware of my presence for five minutes. It was quite frustrating.

Everything about this place is perfect even the employees

Server was extremely helpful and polite.
