That was surprisingly good. the vegan meat for the bolognese was not as good it was a bad texture and blande. Obviously soy was rehydrated, but they did not add a taste to it (taste like carton) and it was still too hard and chew. the rest was excellent. the vegan cheese and cream sauce were divine I ended only eating the upper layer of vegan cheese, cream, pasta tomato sauce and it was very good. with this understood, I give 4 stars and I would try their other ones. it is pricy at $20 but a huge part, could be 2 meal times when they stretched it. I've taken myself, so can't comment to the location.
Best vegan and vegetarian lasagna that I have ever had in and outside the usa! very cheesey and fleshy without strange aromen or aftertaste of the vegan alternative ingredients. the classic mac vegan was the sweetest mac cheese I ever tasted, but the texture was perfect. the mac vegan was expensive as the taste was strange, but the lasagna definitiw made it worth the trip! the service was great because it is self-control at the order that wait for the food was not long, and the guy who works there was nice. the restaurant is actually called broadway sandwich market and they have an interesting selection of food and dessert available (the vegan brownie was soft and decadent! , plus a rack with imported Mediterranean / middle east products.
This place is so amazing. Vegan lasagna and that too as authentic as a normal lasagna. I strongly recommend!
Ordered through uber eats, let me tell you the mushroom lasagna with truffle is BOMB A MUST TRY
