Arby's - Reedsburg

I waited in line for 30 minutes only to receive a cold sandwich and didn't even get my drink. Last week they also messed up my order. This place is a joke.

I really enjoy the beef and cheddar sandwiches, but I've noticed that the service has changed quite a bit since I began working in the industry.

I ordered the Good Burger Meal, and it was amazing! The person at the drive-thru taking orders had the best attitude I've ever experienced at any drive-thru.

We typically enjoy dining at Arby's, but our recent experience was not great. There was no ice for our sodas, and almost every table was dirty. When I asked for ice, one staff member initially said she would get some, but she never returned. After asking again, a different employee finally brought me some. I also requested that a table be cleaned, but the staff member seemed to overlook my request. My husband asked for a towel to clean the table by himself, but she said they couldn't provide one. We eventually found a table that was somewhat acceptable, wiped it down with a napkin, and waited for our food. It was frustrating that, just as we were almost finished eating, she finally came out to clean a table, even though there were only four other customers in the restaurant!

You can't go wrong with the roast beef at this restaurant! We've ordered it by the pound for our family gatherings multiple times, and it always exceeds our expectations. I'm also a huge fan of the horsey sauce!
