Bánh Mi Chi.2 - Regensburg

The best Banh Mi so far in Germany I tried. My husband introduced this to me. I love the sauce so much! Taste like in Vietnam.

Really good Vietnamese food, Banh Mi and Pho Bo in the Regensburger Markthalle. Very nice staff. Everything remained very authentic. Always like. To a lower recession: a Banh Mi tastes like this; maybe just let it in. The so-called “children’s tables” are normal tables;-D Maybe look at the photos. They're sitting in Vietnam on street food.

The Bành Mi Chi.2 is located in the market hall Regensburg (Parkhaus Dachauplatz). At first, what I don't like and justify the 3 stars! Ambience really not nice, there are only two high tables with 2 stools each and for children 3 very small plastic tables with four chairs each. These children's tables made of cheap plastic, which do not look beautiful, could have been saved and instead would rather be able to provide a few more tables for adults (for infants, children's chairs are completely enough, then they have better control over their youngsters). Absolutely wasted place, because you urgently need for the clientele! I forgot the Banh mi Vit for 8, Euro (a baguette filled with duck meat, fresh herbs and some vegetables), it was ok, but that's why I wouldn't go there a second time. What I didn't like: the baguette was cold, I would rather have liked a warm baguette, many of the ingredients were also cold, only the duck was warm, the fresh coriander I have to admit is not mine, but that seems to be part of the Vietnamese cuisine, but that's why the 2 star deduction was not on my own. I simply lacked the pep, the baguette sandwich was too cold, a tasty sauce has been with it (probably Mayo should have been in it, I didn't notice anything), I was too dry! Fresh ingredients alone do not make good cuisine, it is just a bistro, but if you already require high prices, then you must also be able to supply. I also lack the possibility to take a menu, a supplement I still liked, the beautiful ambience to feel comfortable (beautiful tables and chairs, like the neighbor of wine More), I liked a dessert ... So I don't want to make it completely bad now, as well as tastes are different, but that didn't convince me the next time I try the soup Pho Bo VyVu for 10, Euro
