Contribuisci feedbackI’ve had my order messed up at this place multiple times. I just ask for a coffee with milk and I never get what I ask for and I go back and have them fix it and I’m still not sure it’s even made correctly.
If you enter the restaurant when there is no line in the drive-thru and the dining area is empty, you may not be served for 15-20 minutes until a big line forms and customers start complaining loudly. The staff seems more interested in socializing with friends than providing fast food service. It is recommended to avoid this restaurant if dining in.
Two orders in the past week: 1: ordered a Big Mac at the drive-thru, got charged for an order from the large family behind me even though I was the sole occupant of my car (did I look like I wanted 4 large drinks and 4 meals, including kids' meals? Really? ; 2: ordered in breakfast for 4, 2 of the coffees were wrong and all 4 hash browns were missing. Order was very clear on the bag, no room for misinterpretation at all. That's two strikes, they obviously staff with untrained and unsupervised people. Corporate needs to look into what's happening there. Never going there again. You shouldn't, either.
I understand that the fast food industry can be quite hectic, especially during busy times. However, when we stopped by for a quick lunch on our trip south, the restaurant was not very crowded. Despite this, our simple order of a couple of grilled snack wraps and chicken McNuggets was prepared incorrectly. Additionally, many tables were dirty and needed to be cleaned, as customers had not cleaned up after themselves. Unfortunately, there were no staff members in the dining area taking care of the mess. Instead, a staff member who appeared to be a shift manager was present but only sat down to have her lunch. It would have been more appealing if she had cleaned the tables or delegated the task to another team member. Overall, the atmosphere was lacking in cleanliness and attention to detail.
I received terrible customer service at this restaurant. I was given items that were not part of my order, and the window attendant was rude and had an attitude. Even though they fixed the order, they threw the bag through my window and slammed it shut. I hope management can address this attitude issue with the blonde employee wearing glasses.
