However, I have had issues with their inconsistent opening hours. Despite always advertising as being open, there have been times when I arrived only to find that they were closed. They advised me to check before coming in to ensure they were open, but even then, there have been occasions when they did not answer. The food also takes a long time to be served. It can take up to 40 minutes just to receive your soup. The restaurant lacks atmosphere and often feels rushed. The quiet, dungeon-like vibes are not appealing. I am sad to say that I am officially done with the poor service for the food. Although the delicious food kept me coming back, I will be seeking out better dining options in Regina from now on.
The food was excellent. We celebrated my wife's birthday here on Tuesday. It was our first visit to this restaurant. The service was outstanding - friendly and quick. Our server answered all of our questions and recommended delicious dishes. The food arrived quickly and was served hot. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Today stopped to a quick lunch (Rochdale location), was only once before when it was opened first and it was great. The girl at the counter was quick to take our order. She advised my spouse that a court he had ordered would take 30 minutes to order something else he did. We really appreciate her when it was lunchtime. We ordered and waited for approx. 25ish minutes before she got the little miso soup and salad that came with our meal. It was over 40 minutes and our food hadn't arrived yet. People who had ordered us had actually finished eating and then left behind. We also saw that many orders went out. My spouse went to check to make sure our food was ordered and it looked like they just started cooking it. The food finally arrived. The food was very good, but not so long. After dinner, my spouse tried to get a container, no staff was there and another customer waited. They came back after 5 minutes. It was a strange experience and extremely slow overall. Food was very good, but not worth waiting.
So delicious. We each had the triple threat bomb bowl with mild spicy sauce. Each bowl comes with a delicious salad (wish we knew the recipe for the dressing! , dumplings, and miso soup. The flavours were very well developed and super tasty. We also ordered...the combo shrimp and yam tempura. We definitely will be back!
We ate here for lunch. The kids shared a Bulgogi bowl and I enjoyed a bibim bowl. My parents who were not as adventurous, tried the burger which has a nice Korean twist (in a hoagie like a Philley steak sandwich only with Bulgogi flavours)...The flavours were just right: not too spicy at all. Many people were doing take out. There is a very small area for dining in and the stools are a little tall for the table. However the food was awesome, attentive service and delicious flavours. Give this place a try, you’ll love it!
