Fresh on Hamilton - Regina

FoH was close to my hotel and found the food/coffee good for the price. Seemed a bit weird that they don't have wifi.

I stumbled upon this charming coffee shop while walking by and decided to stop in for breakfast. The 'fajita egg sandwich' I ordered was fresh and delicious, filled with peppers, tomatoes, and cheese. The coffee was great and the cupcakes were very fresh (plus, they were giving out free mini cupcakes for their 1st anniversary). I highly recommend this place!

The little sibling to Fresh Sweet! A nice stop if your looking for a bit of sweetness in your day or just need a cup of coffee. They can be pretty busy during the lunch hour. However, I highly recommend them for their croissant breakfast sandwiches and treats. Otherwise, you might have better luck going to the larger location.

This place is a definite stop in for lunch. Their buffalo chicken wrap is awesome. Although, being a regular. The quality of their food seems to be slipping/inconsistent (salad).

Solid food and soups. Price point is a little higher but the quality is there.
