We had a party on 8th September evening. Next day, we called them to complaint about their food because our stomaches were upset but their owner was so rude and he was asking us about doctor’s note from all the party attenders. They should know how to respect their customers.

Large and spacious restaurant with vast clientale. Sub- continent dishes.Liked appetiser paper), noodles, plain rice, sagh, fried fish.Wished mixed vegetable dish was there in the buffet.Pakora in karri was raw.In sweet dish, rice kheer, jalaibi were delicious .Suggest coffee should also be available on request. Staff is energetic.Nice place to dine- in.

Had a buffet dinner for birthday party and got upset stomach next day. When we called in the response wasn’t the nicest, he had a rude tone regarding this as if we were lying and was not apologetic at all. We did not wanted any reimbursement or anything just that they valued their customer’s response and promised for improvement.

We visited there for a party. Their food wasn’t fresh at all. Even after complaining them, they did not payed any attention. Next day, most of my friends we’re having problem in their stomaches. We called them to just let them know about the problem. Their manager was so rude and he was not agreeing to the point but instead told us all to bring doctors note in which it is written that you all guys became sick because of India House’s food and they will give us refund. If you did a mistake just admit and try to not do so again. Dont be rude and don’t think that money will buy you respect. Shame on their management.

Food was an absolute 100/10 and the sevice from the kind workers made it even better. Great place for family due to the given space. Will be coming back!!
