The food was delicious and portions were generous, although it's not a budget-friendly option. Quality fish tends to be on the pricier side, but it's worth it. We enjoyed our meal and would highly recommend it to anyone in search of authentic English fish and chips.
The staff at this restaurant were friendly and attentive, however, there were some significant issues with the food. The chips were overcooked, soggy, and discolored, while the chicken was overly crispy and lacking in flavor. It seemed like the food was not prepared in-house, as both the chips and chicken were coated in a thick layer of fat. The gravy was also lacking in taste, adding very little to the overall meal. Unfortunately, I was unable to finish my meal and had to eat something else later in the evening. Overall, the food was disappointing and not up to par with the prices charged. This restaurant needs to work on improving the quality of their dishes.
This is a fish and chip shop like no other you will find in Saskatchewan. The British theme and feel is fun and inviting. The employees are helpful and upbeat! And the food....what can I say...AMAZING! The batter is spot on, fish is light and...flaky, cooked to perfection, and the sauces are mouth watering. Not to mention all the other British style food they offer that you cant find anywhere else. I highly recommend checking this restaurant out when you are in Regina!!
This restaurant went from being a big fish to hunt! The last time I visited, they had switched to a gluten-free menu without informing their customers beforehand. Unfortunately, after just two months, they closed down.
I love the fish chips in London Jacks, the staff is so friendly, and the tarter sauce is fantastic!
