The coffee was great and the sandwich was delicious. The chicken noodle soup was good but could have been a bit more flavourful. The battle of how much salt is required was the main culprit and although I like the approach of being able to...add salt if you need it, this time it needed it.

Came upon this quiant little restaurant by chance. Friendly staff. I had the split pea and ham soup and a biscuit. Love, love,love this place. Will definitely return

A friend recommended we try this small unpretentious little restaurant. I am so glad she did!! Absolutely delicious, fresh, homemade food. One time we enjoyed lunch with wonderful soup and a sandwich. Another time we had coffee and split a ginormous gooey finger lickin’ cinnamon...roll! (plenty for Will certainly return!

Although small in size, this restaurant impresses with its flavorful dishes and welcoming atmosphere. We savored the delicious homemade soup and salad options, as well as the excellent coffee that paired perfectly with the tasty baked goods, such as the cinnamon buns.

Magpies is a favourite place of my mom's so I wanted to check it out. It's a nice place to grab coffee and delicious food. The staff was polite and the food was so good. Would definitely come here for coffee with friends as it's...not that loud and set up for good conversations.
