When we received the toy with the meal, it was a cheap, brightly colored sheet that was torn apart when opened. After dealing with this issue and my child crying, he bit into his chicken nuggets and realized they burned his tongue because they were spicier than expected. When I called to complain, a woman who claimed to be the manager rudely spoke in Tagalog and hung up on me without addressing the issue. I waited on hold for 8 minutes and heard employees laughing in the background. This McDonald's used to have good service, but it has declined drastically. I am disappointed and disgusted by the lack of respect shown to customers. I have been a customer for 35 years, but this experience has pushed me to contact corporate. This is unacceptable management.
I visited the drive-thru at the Rochdale Regina location in Saskatchewan. Unfortunately, when they handed me the bag of food, it was thrown and my chicken sandwich was crushed. The salad and mayo were also spilled everywhere inside the bag.
Your advertising says every track at any time, but your system is restarting from 3 to 4:00 for breakfast. Apparently this path has been since August 2020. This is a whole year to change signage. But I'm still confused because someone woke up in the second window to get food? You wouldn't serve me two nights in a row? Will try again next week.
With all these complaints, this link may be forwarded to the owner of this particular location. We also had many problems with this restaurant, including missing items from orders and cold food. You forget the immersive sauce every time and you can even ask if they are in the bag and they will say yes, just to find out that it is not. Recently we ordered Cheeseburger without Burger! As on earth, the employee does not notice when they prepare it. There are obviously very bad administration and supervision in this restaurant and perhaps their position should be reviewed.
How hard is it to put dipping sauce in a bag? It’s on the receipt... I don’t understand. That’s 3 times in a row now. I will not be going back
