Mcdonald's Restaurants of Canada Ltd

Even by McDonalds standards it was bad, went the for breakfast, the food was badand I had to wait for like an hour before I could drink my coffee

This is a smaller McDonald's location. Always prompt with food. It has a modern decor. It is also in a good location prior to leaving the city.

So I must start out by confessing that I usually avoid McDonald's at all cost, but we were in a hurry and thought that we might be able to grab a quick and cheap breakfast there. What a mistake. Upon entering the store we were accosted by 2 staff trying to promote their new "order it yourself" computer system. We tried to use it, but after several failed attempts (it kept freezing) they suggested we try another machine. We gave up and went to the counter, which turned out to be the right option anyway as we were paying cash. Of the 5 different orders... 3 of them where messed up. We waited FOREVER and what we did get was terrible. Will continue to avoid these restaurants like the plague. Yuck!

Visited on an evening- there were only 6 people in the restaurant- most customers ordered and took food out. Drive-thru was busy, so this seems to be the choice for most customers. Tables were set very close together in some areas and spaced so far apart in other areas. Tables are not cleaned regularly, debris on the floor. More time needs to be devoted to keeping inside of restaurant looking neat and clean.

The difficulty with this particular McDonald's appears to be workers who struggle with English. They are busy however the difficulty with English slows things down even further.
