The lady dropped plastic forks. She picked her up. Provided to throw them in the garbage, but hidden on the side of the refrigerator and put them back in the pile. Eveytime we go there they welcome us with How many? And after they have taken the payment, they do not even look at us or make a conversation even after we thank you, not even an eye contact. The lady almost broke the card of my friend to force her into the machine while she shook her head in FRONT from us as if we were too stupid to use the machine, but it was actually the machine that demanded an error message. It really felt bad for us. So disappointing...
Many of the Vietnamese restaurants in Regina are owned by the same larger family. The food is good, but similar among these restaurants. Ngo Van offers several different foods as well as all normal American versions as well. The environment is very average, but...acceptable for a quick lunch or dinner. I have often eaten there and if you are near the closing time, they will do their cleaning around you. So if you don't like people to vacuum you while you eat, don't go in the last hour before closing. Some employees are pleasant, but others are neutral.
The food was excellent, service was fast, and the bathroom was very clean. The prices were reasonable and I appreciated the option to choose different sizes of plates. There were also many sauce options available on the tables.
We dined at this restaurant for lunch on August 25th. The menu offers a wide variety of options, the food is top-notch, and the prices are reasonable. The ambiance may not be stunning, but it is pleasant, and the service is good when it's not too crowded. The noodles and soups are particularly outstanding, but there are plenty of other delicious choices to explore as well.
I visited this restaurant with my family during my trip and the food was amazing. The Pho they serve is delicious, with generous portions of noodles and meat. I also tried the spring rolls, which were equally fantastic.
