Sweet Bakery Coffee House - Regina

Absolutely awful experience today at lunch. To start, I had a $30 gift card and asked if I could use it, I was told I couldn't with absolutely no explantation as to why. My friend ordered a coffee with almond milk, the most watered down, low quality coffee either of us had ever tasted, and was over $4.00. I ordered a hot chocolate, and it tasted like luke-warm milk, it came to $5.40 for a medium, nowhere else charges that much for a hot chocolate, let alone one that has no chocolate flavour, then once I was on my last sip it was ALL chocolate syrup. Will never be returning. When I walked in I was wondering why there was absolutely nobody in there and now it is very clear why!

Went and ordered an iced latte Oct. 22nd, 2021. It had ice in it but the fluid tasted like old dish water. I immediately brought it back and told Pham that it was terrible and asked for a plain coffee instead. When my friend and I were leaving he asked for another $2.22 for the second coffee to which I replied, “even if the first one was trash?” and he said I had to pay for the 2nd one. I know I will never return to this coffee house and will encourage my family and friends to do the same. Great customer service!?

Not open?? Got there at 9:30 on a Monday. Place was clean but empty. The family inside said it isn't open... New management maybe?
