Burger King - Region of Waterloo

As someone who used to work at a local burger king and as a shiftco at burger king. I understand more then your average customer just how much a small 5 min just standing can make a difference.Though as shift manager was watching a game show with the volume so loud it was hard to enjoy the food. Whenever a someone wasn't in drive through or in the lobbyWith they had 3 customers between drive thru and the lobby for 20 minsI'd never be able to get away with that much standing around if tables needed cleaning, things could probably need stocking up.You only have a set number of hours to finish things for evening shifts before closers come in.All the tables were dirty when I came I'm I had to brush off my table with my sleeve.I'm all for not expecting your employees to work every minute of every hour.Though at least do the basicsKeep your tables/trays clean, sweep the floor, clean the counters in between customersTake pride in your lobby and back of house.Oh also the shift manager was on her cell out and in the open at the cash talking and giggling on the phone.I've used my personal phone for work before, but this seemed like it was for personal use and not calling the burger king cash system line or googling directions for a customer or setting up tasks for employees if they had a group chat.

The service as this place is terrible. Employees don’t even speak English well and mess up the orders without even understanding what they are being told. If this BK was located in Bangalore I bet it will do well, but not here in

Staff was friendly, space is clean and food was good. I recommend to try a fish burger.

Poor service I was easy to understand i asked for two simple meals the whopper combo and onion rings kids meal with chocolate milk they found a way to mess it up and wanna question me when im upset almost 40 bucks for two single meals a kids an adults an wonder why I'm mad hmm ... like are you for real burger King never again
