Iron Hill Brewery - REHOBOTH BEACH

Finally got to try Iron Hill! We arrived at 5:30 and were seated right away. Our server, Sarah, was fantastic and recommended beers for our flights. The beers were excellent and we loved the fried brussels for our appetizer. The crispy leaves were the best! For our entrees, we ordered one and asked for an extra portion to share. They brought out two separate plates with half portions, which was a nice touch. I wish more restaurants did that! The beer, food, and service were top-notch. By around 7 o'clock, there was a large crowd waiting to get a table. We also picked up a 4-pack of Crusher to take home.

The key to a successful combination of brewery and restaurant is to offer innovative food to complement innovative beer, and the folks at Iron Hill Brewery have truly excelled at this. I highly recommend this establishment overall!

Iron Hill Brewery has perfectly mastered the combination of great food and great beer. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!

Spencer was without a doubt the best waiter we've ever had. His friendly personality enhanced our dining experience. He definitely deserves to be named waiter of the year.
