Panera Bread - REHOBOTH BEACH

This place is a joke. Used here at least once a week as it was my son's favorite place, but marked after an in-café pickup order, when it was clear, then the staff like I was lying when I clearly never got our food, I will never give this place another meal. I even tried the "customer care" part of Panera on their website and until today (this happened in June), I haven't heard anything yet... I would rather support a local restaurant than this joke of a chain restaurant that obviously DOESN 'T care.

I put a catering order for a business stay. The order was delivered on time! It was 100% accurate! and boy do them an amazing job with the packaging and presentation! I was so impressed! No question, I would order catering from them if I needed it!

A beautiful, consistently good place for breakfast and lunch. Prompt service, lots of parking and good food.

Quick checkout despite a line. Very clean. Great staff. We have a lobster sandwich and a Broccoli-Cochdar soup. Many drinks options. We'll be back next time!

Staff was super friendly despite all the shortages they have both staff and certain ingredients/ items. Although the place was a disaster. Dining room was a mess with trash all over floor. Floors were super sticky. Definitely needs a cleaning...like deep cleaning.
