Preshy's Restaurant - REHOBOTH BEACH

It’s amazing how one meal can make you feel better than a vacation. We just had dinner here and are so content. The service, atmosphere, food, and wine suggestion could not be more perfect. It felt like a fine dining experience but was also very laid back. All staff and guests were very cordial and polite. The music was at the perfect level, as was the lighting. I grew up eating home made Italian dinners. My mother taught me to be very particular about everything from the bread to the cheese to the wine. I was impressed with everything and it came in a very relaxed simple package. It is not fine dining in the sense that there were no cloth napkins (bells and whistles), etc…but, I would take it over a “fine” dining experience. I think that this establishment is such a creative endeavor for this area. It mastered the enjoyment of quality and simplicity.

Don’t be fooled by all the reviews about the owner. He’s a little intense, and wants things done a certain way, but is a kind gentlemen who does care about your experience. You will eat some delicious food in a nice atmosphere. Prices are very reasonable!

While in the Lewes area, I was looking for a dinner spot and happened upon Preshy's Italian restaurant near the Rehoboth movie theaters. Looked up for reviews and then made reservations. Have passed it many times and was curious about it. We were pleasantly greeted by owner/waiter, Roberto who is from Florence, Italy originally and has been at the Rehoboth location for a while. Roberto was very hospitable and a terrific front of the house person. We ordered chicken parm and my spaghetti with meat sauce dish. Salad was terrific with the chef's homemade dressing, so good. Excellent service and good food, I wish we were closer. Hopefully we'll be back in a month.

Food was amazing and the owner who served us did a wonderful job. Our dishes came out quickly and was so flavorful! We enjoyed the authentic Italian experience!

Food is tasty and ample. Prices are very good. All dinners we have had there have been great. We continue to return for reasonable priced and good food.
