First and foremost, the service was lacking. The woman at the counter, who I can best describe as rude, barely acknowledged me. She handed over my order, collected my payment, and quickly went back to the kitchen. I had to wait for her to return with some sauces, but all I received was three packets of hot sauce, soy sauce, mustard, and duck sauce—no utensils, no napkins, and certainly no complimentary fortune cookies. I had placed a sizable order for six lunches, one soup, and two orders of chicken wings, yet there was no 'thank you' or any acknowledgment of my order. Secondly, while I tried not to judge based solely on appearances, the building seemed a bit run-down, and the interior was cluttered—definitely not inviting. To top it off, the dine-in area was closed. Lastly, the food itself was disappointing. None of us at home enjoyed our meals. The soup was essentially just colored water, and the wings were small, dry, and unappetizing. The egg rolls tasted old, almost as if they had been recycled, and their burnt brown color was far from the crispy yellow you would expect. The filling had a sour taste, reminiscent of spoiled pickled cabbage. The fried rice was dry and seemed like something you'd find at a dollar store—crunchy and lacking flavor. The lo mein noodles were oddly slimy, and the chicken in the stir fry was rubbery, clearly overcooked. I have no words to describe the beef stir fry other than to say it didn't impress me at all. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this restaurant. It's a waste of money—better to stay home and prepare your own meal. My mistake was hoping for a quick meal on a lazy day. It honestly baffles me how this place remains in business. It's just that bad.
I always order the Singapore rice noodles without pork from that restaurant, and they are consistently a perfect 10/10. I've never had any issues with that dish!
I ordered the vegetarian egg foo young as well as the vegetarian lo mein and it was delicious , I never have a problem with my order. The customer service is really good , each time I have asked for certain vegetables to not be added to my order they did accommodate . The spring rolls are good
Great food they take the time to do it how you like, the restaurant is a little on the gloomy side inside but they do offer sit down and prices are good, don't let the outside appearance fool you it is a good place
