Planet Sweet - Reigate and Banstead

Very good. The baklava was especially good. Staff were very attentive and seemed to know all the regulars names which is always nice to see.

Food is OK every time we go we wait ages and got plain rudeness when went to checkout to pay.rather not be made to feel like ****

I was told that they didn't accept cards because it costs them. I explained card was king during these CoVid times. He started blabbering behind his mask saying it was his choice what money he accepted. Argumentative and incoherent. I just walked out and gave my breakfast business to a very nice restaurant next door (cafe le manger). Tough times call for decorum and respect. Planet Sweet lacked both.

The staff at this cafe are extremely disrespectful. They have a mistaken perception of what this establishment is. We left without even trying the food because good service is crucial for a positive experience, and unfortunately, it was lacking.
