Family Pizza - Reims

19/01/2024. Scheduled on the internet on request for 9:15. Pizza lends itself saying at 9:28 in a call to confirm my order (already 13 minutes late but still passes). Except she must have been made just before or after my call. She arrived at my home at 10:19. It’s unacceptable!!! It's cold. It is not just late, it was prepared prematurely and delivered too late.. It's late, but it's hot. This is unacceptable. I think the pounder is not there for anything but there is a big management problem on the spot. This is a promo and fortunately, because otherwise I would not have accepted it!!

I ordered via uber eat. My order arrived 30 minutes after the max hour, we call more than 5 minutes waiting and no answer. I made an order at 75€ not even had a drink offered. Fortunately pizza is good.

In this pizzeria, the staff is young, very smiling and super nice!! The choice is correct and they are good pizzas. Waiting is never long because they work quickly. In addition, there are often promotions, including Tuesday and Thursday. Only small apartment: find a place to park if you choose the sale to take away.
