Good afternoon, I want to leave a review about the Sicilia pizzeria, which is located in the village of St. Yarychiv The service is terrible, they don’t tell the truth how long it will take for the order to be ready, I asked to bring juice that wasn’t cold, because I was with the children, they brought very cold, they waited 2 hours for the order, the children were crying, they were hungry, and there were less than half of the guests in the hall, the kitchen it works terribly, it doesn’t cope at all, why 2 large halls, a lot of tables, if they can’t cope with even half of the guests, they didn’t take orders for pizza, they said they couldn’t cope, but it’s a pizzeria first and foremost, they didn’t make desserts either, they brought cold coffee, wanted to rest a little, celebrate with the family, the mood was spoiled, I have never seen anything like this anywhere, it's just terrible, I don't recommend it

The pizza there is really tasty, and this is the only plus point of the pizzeria. I didn't like the fact that we had to wait about 40 minutes for the order, during this time they issued takeout orders and no one warned us that we would have to wait that long. Also, we were the last visitors and the staff was solving some personal problems at the next table. Yes, of course, there are different life circumstances, but this is an institution, not a private house, and when you come to eat, there is no desire to listen during the meal to how tired someone is and how bad they feel all day. Especially when you're eating pizza and the woman who made it is complaining that she's sick‍‍
