L'ancora - Remscheid

From outside very inconspicuous. inside but clean and well maintained. with real Italian service. the antipasto was very good and the spaghetti alio olio were perfect. an italian small talk then has the eating nicely rounded. I can only recommend.

We were five on a Saturday night there. the local was very well visited, so: full! and thus very loud. but this is probably the fate when a restaurant finds rain. the service was good. the eating cosi cosi (both as well). the risotto that my wife had chosen was very good. the tear would have taken a little more time. my saltimbocca alla romana would have, from the crowd, a hand-resistant German local to the venerable. unfortunately were meat, sauce, sweet and rosmarink-artoffices sweetly dressed on a dish. the large unital quantity matched to the ambitious price of almost 20 €. the preparation did not. the sweet (sugar, bean, etc). was too salty. in the rosmarinkartoffeln had two small, almost raw pieces snuck in. the three thin (so it must be)! slices of calf meat would have been really ok with the sauce, the kitchen would have used a little more carefree while seizing. so I found a few, small cartilage (or long) pieces, and this may not happen with calf meat.Maybe it would be better to stay here with pizza and pasta?

6,50€ for a pizza margherita the boring and fade tastes a pity, but only the usual lower medium!

Unfortunately, the experience has already been made several times that the overview is lost for larger groups. you wait for a cola for half an hour and longer. the pizza is fade and dry, at the window the wind pulls strong. the team is very friendly, but overall I will not go to eat there anymore.
