The restaurant is located in Lütringhauser Altstadt near the possibly church with the onion tower. Parking with luck at Gertenbachstr. or near the church. The premises are accessible via a staircase that is difficult for people with disabilities or strollers. Unfortunately, I can't find details for prei design because I was a guest and also no menu, in case, table. But when stars were asked, I gave five by appointment with our host. Service The owner himself very friendly and accommodating. The waiter also very educated, friendly and understood his profession. Later the senior was added and a pleasant conversation with him was created. German/ Italian understanding at ground level. The food As an appetizer there were Pumpernickeltaler and four varieties of fish. They were smoked salmon, Stremellachs, Matjes and smoked mackerel. Unusual in an Italian restaurant, but tastefully fine It followed a warm buffet consisting of pork, filled with parma ham and cheese in a tomato sauce. The meat is very well roasted and tastefully rounded. Pasta Dreier consisting of noodles in red, white and green in a sauce with mushrooms and salmon. The noodles al dente and the sauce with fish and mushrooms uninhabited, but very tasty and well lubricated. Rosmarinkartoffen added the buffet. Drillinge halved and tasted with a balanced herbal mix and olive oil. Then there were Italian vegetables. Anyway, I call it. These were also colourful paprika, zucchinis, eggplants and carrots. Small cut and simply boiled and tasted with little salt and pepper. That was probably the racer, because this ship had to be refilled 2x. As dessert, however, because we took coffee, Tiramisu was served. Tastefully worth a sin. It's almost on the tongue. The Ambiente Früher was a confectionery with a café in the premises. The ambience of an original mix of old furniture from the café combined with Italian elements. A mountain show with Nippes next to family photos from Italy. Under the blanket straw hat and old long toys. An old checkout in the corner and an old phone, still black with dial on the wall. The tables of the table Rostkal with red and white tablecloths, red sets with fabric embossing and red napkins. We felt very comfortable in this mountainous Italian mixture. Choice of dishes on the slate plate quite economically. Just a few pasta dishes and pizza and an appetizer. Prices still acceptable quality not excellent, good average. I had no more choice and a little bit of pepp in the pasta arrangements. Good 3 stars, but in the previous reviews I had promised myself more.
I came randomly into this restaurant, have eaten there and must say it is the secret lace no. 1. There are Italian cuisine, as cooked in Italy, you can not compare it with a pizzeria by yourself because of the 2 stars. Nevertheless, prices are pleasant. Can only say try it because quality speaks for itself, and for me the best restaurant in Lütringhausen.
We were kindly received again. The calabic red wine we ordered had the right temperature and was wonderful of color and taste. From the tempting offer of food we chose the pizza with piedger salami and smoked mozzarella. We ordered us instead of Piedger Salami, Coppa. If the kitchen has the ingredients, this is not a problem because you are flexible here. There were 2 buscettas from the house in front of the pizzas. The pizza dough is loose and on the edge a bit crispy without being hard. Just like you expect a good pizza. Rubber is plentiful and lovingly distributed on pizzas. On request you will also get a sharp oil on the table, which is visually and tastefully top. It is served in a medium-sized glass crust and consists of ingredients such as chili, whole garlic cloves, rosemary and olive oil naturally. Sabrina is always friendly and still has a smile for the guests. After eating, I ordered a herbal liquor from Calabria that had a clear tan. It tastes mild and is in no way confused with other Italian herbal liqueurs. Here you can taste the fullness of herbs through its mites. There are also various Grappas that can be used here, as one can turn to the operators with good conscience, as they advise one in this direction to the best conscience. Calabria cuisine and hospitality are top, a restaurant where you always eat and spend a wonderful evening.
Cosy atmosphere, very nice host. Food was very good. There is no menu but a table on which the current dishes stand, so you can assume that everything is fresh. We'll definitely go back.
