Tim Hortons - Renfrew

I always love going to Tim Hortons for my coffee or donut. Staff always friendly and efficient the coffee and donuts always fresh ?

4 people working in the drive through ..but waited forever to get two coffee in the store...not the cashier's fault since she was alone to serve the people in the restaurant.Food: 3/5

Absolutely horrible everyone is mean they always mess up on your order which leads to problems and they have one stupid employee who flips out over stupid mistakes

15 min in a drive thru is ridiculous. 5 min of that the speaker with no greeting, not even be with you in a moment 3pm on a Friday. When I finally got to window for my coffee, employee barely acknowledged my presence but sure was having a great convo with his Co workers. At least my coffee tastes great. Truly miss customer service these days.

We Stopped In To Buy Coffee. The Store Has A Clean Spacious Pleasant Enviroment. The Dining Room Was Large And Uncrowded. Tables Were Cleared n Wiped Off, Floors Swept. The Bathroom Was Clean And Smelled NiceFood: 4/5
