Easy Gaufre - Rennes

I had come to this place close to my favorite bookshop in Rennes. The atmosphere has completely changed, better! I especially think it's from the young woman who is there, and is cared and pro. For the Gauffres, they are good, salted as sweet, with a small organic air in the air of time, and some invention. Is this the beginning of a new concept?

A new fast restaurant..., cute in the student district, smiling welcome we ate waffles with lots of good things on it, it's beautiful, good and cooked house! I've chosen the greedy formula at 8.90 with a lawyer-saumon waffle with salted butter caramel and fruit juice! Too bad the terrace is not heated... but it seems it's for next spring!
