Dinner at the table of balthazar is a very good choice. the reception is friendly and direct, the excellent menu and a very good value quality price. the fish are perfectly cooked (sometimes better than in the restaurants of the coast)., the wine menu has very good choices at reasonable prices. We take 2 cocktails the melchior 15€ the glass and we sit on the table of olives and cashew nuts. at the price of the glass in a gastro you have little things to prepare. So a little disappointed but the glass was good. the menu of the day does not leave the choice it is 1 entry 1plat 1dessert no choice and the menu costs 35€. Then you have to choose on the map. I've taken the tigre shrimp menu in the entrance, flat chicken and chocolate dome to finish. It was good, but it was missing this little thing that makes you hold the dishes. The seasoning is classic. short 35€.In a bistro a menu like the one costs you maximum 32€ with several choices of dishes. After the little details, we picked up the crumbs on the table next to us (client of the hotel) not us. I asked for a fish knife and I was told there's no fish while fish is on the map. And I've eaten my desert while a waiter put the shockapic and the bread rack for the next day. in the end a somewhat excessive note. I don't hold the frame (gastronomic) than the plate (bistro) damage.
