Arby's - Reno

I ordered a French dip combo and of course I get home and there's no french fries with my combo.. so I go in the next day to get me another combo and told the manager about it. That i didn't get my fries with it my order She got a little snotty but not realbad. but she did say next time call us. And walked away. Well you know I shouldn't have to worry about that. I should have toldher well next time make sure the fries are in the bag.. but the food was fresh everything was good and I give a four starrating.. except for the manager's attitude.. I was very polite about the whole thing..

I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered the brisket sandwich, but after just two bites, I couldn't eat any more. The seasoned fries I got were completely burned and inedible. My drink was filled to the brim with ice, making it impossible to use the straw. Overall, I was really dissatisfied with this Arby's—the service was poor and the food was subpar. I even asked for napkins, but they didn't provide any.

The dining room closes 2 hours early at 8 PM! I drove across town hoping to sit down and use the restroom, but it turned out to be a wasted trip. There were no signs promoting any special offers either. The flashing "open" sign is misleading when it comes to the dining room!

The food was just as good as I remembered, though a bit pricier. However, the person taking our order tried to persuade us that ordering the meal separately would be more cost-effective. I know that's sometimes true, but it definitely wasn’t the case here. We had to pull up while I decided to go with the cheaper meal option. It would really help if the menu indicated which items are more affordable when ordered separately and which meal options offer better savings. That would give you a competitive edge. Nonetheless, she was very nice, took our order efficiently, and we received everything without any issues.

Antonio the supervisor/Manager is fantastic. We drive from Damonte Ranch to frequent this Arbys. As hard as it is to find good people these days, Antonio has his team working like a well oiled machine.
