This is a lovely RV park that offers a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of downtown Reno, yet it's conveniently located near grocery stores and other amenities. I truly enjoy my time here. The only downside is that they don’t offer monthly rates. The staff is exceptionally friendly and incredibly helpful. Thank you for your assistance!

They do offer online reservations, but I opted to call in our booking to utilize our Good Sam discount of $45 per night. The park itself was quiet, which eased my concerns about nearby train tracks since we didn’t hear any trains during our stay. The location was convenient for accessing the town without being right in the middle of it, and there was space available for walking our dog. Our Verizon service was somewhat slow, but their WiFi was quite reliable. The adjacent gas station had reasonable prices compared to the market rate, and they also sell propane. If we find ourselves passing through the area again, we would definitely consider staying here again.

We have been regular customers at Border Deli for years, but I'm not sure what has caused the decline in customer service lately. The woman preparing our sandwiches was unpleasant, abruptly hung up on me while I was still placing my order, and remained rude when we came to pick it up. This isn’t a great approach to retaining loyal customers! It would be beneficial for your staff to receive some training on how to treat people with kindness.

The restaurant's website and doors indicate that they are open 24 hours, but they close at midnight on Sundays and Mondays. However, they were also closed on Tuesday, which is the second time we've come all the way here only to find them closed.

This camper park is very clean and well maintained. The man in the office was helpful and friendly. I was initially hesitant about the restaurant menu at the casino because I prefer modern, fresh food, but I was pleasantly surprised by the grilled chicken breast and salad I ordered. The staff were very welcoming. I would rate this place even higher, but I found the narrow winding roads and the limited amenities in the RV park to be drawbacks. On the plus side, the WiFi actually worked well. I would definitely come back again.
