Best part of this coffee counter is that ot is not over priced and no long lines.

I ordered a Vanilla latte, a sandwich and a brownie. I was helped and served all within 5 minutes! Very sweet lady and this was all during the chaos of Black Friday so excellent service!

The restaurant has a lovely ambiance that fits well with the mall setting. The menu offers a great variety of options, and it appears they use high-quality ingredients. We tried the special, which was tiger boba, and it was creamy and delicious. We also ordered a brownie that they claimed was homemade, and the flavor was outstanding. The service was friendly, and it feels like a family-run business. I would definitely return for another visit.

I would give this place 2 stars for decent customer service. I really wanted to enjoy Boss Coffee Creamery, but I was put off by their pricing. They charged extra for whipped cream and caramel, and $1 for an espresso in a frappe. For two frappes, I ended up paying $17.79. Next time, I'll just stick to Starbucks! Supporting local businesses is important to me, but price gouging really doesn't sit well with me. I've never paid that much for my caffeine fix before. I've learned my lesson: always check prices on everything before ordering. You won’t be made aware of the extra hidden charges until your card is charged, and then you realize just how much it all adds up. At least the frappe was tasty, but I won’t be returning.
