Burger King - Reno

Great BK location. Food is well prepared. I just wish all these fast food places would get a more consistent experience in terms of food supply. Countless times they don't have shakes. Machine broken or out of ice cream..

This location has improved greatly, from a couple years ago. I had a special request and the cashier had no trouble accommodating.

Every single time and not just BK don't ask me if I want sauce if your not going to give it to me every single time I say yes bbq get home ketchup 3 packs ... Don't bother asking if your not going to give me sauce

They served our food with no sauce on it we asked him to put ketchup and mustard on our food and we were told do it yourself

The drive thru employee was awesome. Very kind and friendly. Unfortunately, my honey mustard BK wrap was made with regular yellow mustard instead, which made for a really unpleasant culinary experience that I didn’t finish.
