I have chips and salsa, Creamy Habanero and Pico De Gallo as chips with a pitcher from Modelo Negra On Tap. As my main course I ordered El Volcano Molcajete, a Molcajete (Lava Rock, which my ancestors use for over 500 years), the grilled chicken, Grilled Chorizo, Grilled Shrimps, with cut grilled Carne Asada sputed out hot on your table with a side of rice beans with your choice of Corn tortilla or flour tortillas. Overall, it was the best 5-star inning experience. Are you serious?
The woman and I visited twice, both were enthusiastic experiences. Chihuahua's Cantina has both tex-mex and bar/grill elements in the menu. We focused on the tex mex. We were both impressed by the combination plates. You can get another number of products for a reasonable price. The bonus is that a combo plate comes with dessert. The interior is the basic modern grill look with something south of the Flair border. We wanted to sit in the bar so we could watch sports. Service was fantastic both times.
Love the food, drinks and atmosphere. Every time I have business in Reno, I do the time to stop. Definitely a fan.
The most disgusting Mexican food ever. I can't imagine anyone would eat that. Cod tacos was not cod, have no taste. Everything was cold and disgusting. I wouldn't recommend it and I'm not sure why they even have 4 points of all stars. To add insult, you also have the order wrong.
Was driving down Virginia Street looking for a place to eat. Since I was from out of town I didn't know the local places. I went in and sat at the bar. Service was pretty good and the food was good as well. Overall, I would recommend eating here.
