Dunkin' - Reno

I ordered on the app for the damonte ranch location and the company happily took my money. I drive over to pick it up and it was closed. Another person walked in behind me and said the same thing to me as well. I emailed the company with the details and was told the local manager would contact me within 2 days. Guess what?? That never happened after 5 to 6 days. Now I'm emailing back and forth with corporate and it seems like this will be a struggle for a 7 dollar order

The slowest service for being the only people in the restaurant. The bagels were literal bricks and stale. Do not order or get food from this place.

I never write reviews, this was awful . Hair in donuts , bland coffee , the food I got on the side taste like burnt plastic . I can’t even explain how disgusting it was. The whole experience has made me learn to never come back again !

I saw the ad for Matcha latte and wanted to try. I made a special stop to this location on Damonte Ranch Pkwy and they had no Matcha whatsoeverAs they ran out. The associate informed me that they wouldn’t have any Matcha until next Monday! What’s the point of advertising when the stores don’t have any?! If there’s a corporate advertisement on Matcha the stores should plan ahead and order enough supplies to fulfill demands from customers so customers won’t be disappointed when they come in to purchase!

I love Dunkin' Donuts and I especially love it when they have my favorite glazed munchkins hot and fresh! Service is always super fast here and is with a smile can't ask for more than that!
