When we walked in, we were greeted by the dishwasher the proud owner, and the rest of the staff. The staff was attentive, friendly, prompt.. I felt like I was in my grandma 's house, como familia. if you 're visiting Sparks, NV nearby the Nugget hotel, take a walk to Mari Chuy 's enjoy the atmosphere stay for the FOOD, you ain 't be disappointed

I had a combination fajitas, beef and chicken, to go. I'm from Texas and typically don't try Mexican food out of the Lone Star State. These fajitas were really good.

Good vegetarian options. The Jicama tacos are served cold which I didn't expect, but they were tasty.

And the best taco salad I think I’ve ever had in the city. It’s even better than my other favorite place los tres hombres.

I just relocated from San Diego (known for the best Mexican food in the US) and just discovered Mari Chuys. This restaurant is as good as any Mexican restaurant I've eaten at including one's in Guadalajara. I'll be back until this kick me out... it's the good.
