I'm sorry to say that this restaurant has really lost its touch. It has always been a beloved local spot, but it's clear that they've compromised on the quality and consistency we once relied on. Out of the last four orders my family has placed, only one met our expectations. I kept hoping for an improvement, but I've reached my limit. Yesterday was the final straw: I ordered a meatball hero, which used to be my favorite sandwich in town. Unfortunately, it arrived looking like it had been tossed in a dumpster, and it tasted just as bad. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on restoring the high standards that loyal customers like us have always cherished. P.S. It would also be great if they could improve the customer service skills of their staff in the open kitchen; they come across as unapproachable. Thank you!

This restaurant has really deteriorated over the past few years, with the kitchen’s quality becoming increasingly inconsistent. Sometimes the pizza is burnt, while other times it’s undercooked. I’ve been coming here for nearly 20 years, since it was located in the 7-Eleven building on Moana, and I’ve tried to remain optimistic, but I won’t be returning. The last straw was receiving yet another undercooked slice along with a poor attitude from the staff at the counter. The $9 beers don’t help the situation either!
