I appreciate bakeries that display their products well and make it easy for customers to make their selections. I felt like a kid in a candy store, except in this case it was a nut and pastry shop. The selection was impressive, including delicious multi-sized candy bars. I purchased a variety of baked goods and my friend tried the torta, which was so good that we ended up going back for more! The old school sandwiches were priced at $6.50, and the black forest ham was particularly tasty on a freshly baked roll with mayo, tomatoes, onions, and cilantro, a symphony of flavors in my mouth. The pastries were also excellent although a bit pricey, but we plan on returning soon!
Amazing tortas. This is possibly the only place nearby where a sandwich doesn't cost $10. It's definitely going on my list of regular spots to eat at.
