Papa Murphy's Take N' Bake Pizza - Reno

I didn't pre-load a command when I just came in, and it took a few minutes to finish my pizza. they are always beautiful and I love their pizza, it's the best in the city as far as I'm concerned. thank you. papa! murphys

One time the music that was playing was a song rapping about cunnilingis, etc. There were two elderly ladies in the store at the time as well.Another time one of the young gentlemen in the back was doing push-ups on the dirty floor to show off to his co-workers I assume.Another time they made our pizza wrong and forgot some toppings and when I came back to get the pizza we paid for the customer service I received from the supervisor was less than desirable as I could tell they didnt want to make it right and I had to push for them to do it. We actually left a review for that time and talked to the owner who was very apologetic but...This time I came in after my mom ordered over the phone and they charged us for larges even though we ordered mediums and when I asked about it the supervisor said Don 't worry I already talked to your mom on the phone and have the 4 dollar off coupon to make the difference. And the coupon had nothing to do with them charging us for larges. It was just a coupon she gave them a code for.That supervisor (blondish dude) is super shady for sure. He 's the same guy I dealt with before who didn 't want to correct their mistake.

Whenever I visit this restaurant, I always receive excellent customer service. The staff, who are usually younger men, are friendly and do a fantastic job making pizzas and attending to customers. I highly recommend this place! Additionally, as a gluten-free person, I appreciate that they offer a gluten-free crust option.

This location is always clean! I go every Tuesday, you know saving money. Some of the morning crew knows my pizza order when I walk in. Embarrassed, no pizza is life! I've noticed though if you go in the morning when the owner/manager is there everyone is so much nicer, then when you go at night. I've done this a couple time and each time at night there are three to four I want to say teenage boys working. They don't even say to words to you, a couple times they have messed up my order. I'm not going to complain because it's 10.99 day. Over all pizza is great, most of the staff is great!

I placed an order 1 hour and 20 minutes before delivery and was assured that it would arrive on time. However, 20 minutes past the scheduled delivery time, I called to check on the status and was informed that the delivery driver had not even left yet (despite living only 5 minutes away). Finally, after a total delay of 55 minutes, our pizza arrived. Unfortunately, the pizza was dry and seemed reheated, the fries were old and unappetizing, and the wings were dry with barely any sauce, resembling shoe leather. This was by far the worst dining experience I have ever had from what used to be my favorite restaurant.
