Pasta Fresca - Reno

I have been wanting to try this restaurant for a while and finally had the chance to visit on a Friday evening. The restaurant is small, so I would recommend making a reservation. The atmosphere is welcoming and it seems like the owner knows many of the customers. While the restaurant is not overly fancy, the service was good and the food was decent. We tried a salad, a glass of wine, the special dish of the night, and a tomato basil fusilli pasta, which is highly recommended on Yelp. The fusilli pasta was delicious, with a great texture that was chewy but not tough. My husband's special dish featured veal and bone marrow, which was flavorful and herbaceous. The kitchen took a bit longer to prepare our dishes, but they kept us entertained with multiple rounds of complimentary bread. I definitely plan on returning to try more dishes in the future!

We had an amazing dining experience at this restaurant. The cream ravioli and lasagna were both phenomenal, with rich flavors and layers of the best pasta, meat, and cheese. The cannolis for dessert were also delicious and will set high expectations for any future cannolis. The service was exceptional, making us feel welcome and the staff was very friendly. They even offer homemade items to take home in little freezers. We can't wait to come back and try more of their wonderful food!

The pasta is fresh and absolutely incredible! The desserts are excellent too! This is our favorite restaurant to go to!

Wow!! My new favorite pasta place. Fresh, delicious and currently craving more! If you've been to Pasta Fresca, you know what the hype is about. It is a small pasta restaurant with a specialized menu. We walked in on a Saturday night and we were sat immediately. The staff were great and our food came out in a timely manner. We ordered the caprese to start and organic Italian sodas, the drink was different but good and the caprese was the perfect starter! I ordered the vodka spicy pink sauce with linguine and sausage and my bf ordered the pappardelle polpette special with meatballs. Both pastas were scrumptious but the vodka spicy pink sauce was my favorite! If you know, you know. I love that everything is made fresh! And they even sell pasta kits to make at home. I can't wait to come back and try the charcuterie board and bolognese but I might just order the vodka spicy pink sauce again because it was that goooood. Add Pasta Fresca to your list, I promise you won't regret it!

We took a party of 8 to dinner and got great service and the food was soooo yummy. The server recommended her favorite special and it was the best pasta dish I've had in a while. The pasta was so fresh.
