Qdoba Mexican Eats - Reno

If I had known my bowl would look like it had already been eaten, I would have ordered the nachos instead. It's not a huge deal, but still annoying.

The lady working tonight hated her job she was so rude!heavier set girl with the worst customer service I?ve ever seen. the restaurant took no pride in their food handling.all the food trays were a sloppy mess . Food was not fresh at ALL the new guy had no experience rolling a burrito even though he was nice . We took a few bites of our food and threw it away. No manager around just a bunch of kids who really could care less about their job. What a pathetic restaurant not sure how you can have returning customers with this type of service I?ve only posted a couple reviews in my life I hope someone sees how bad this place is before you waste money on this horrendous establishment.

We went tonight and our experience was horrible. It first started out with a pink haired girl that had a bad attitude. The guy that was helping us asked if she could go get more chicken and she was acting extremely grumpy. When she got the chicken she dropped it in acting all agitated and chicken went all over the place. Then we hear this girl cussing in front of customers and acting like no one is there. THEN, the guy that was helping us came over and kept asking my wife and I while we were eating if he could put on my glasses. I told him no and he would NOT stop asking. He asked like 5 times and eventually we just told him DUDE I don?t want you to try on my glasses and my wife said to leave us alone and then he left after a couple more times of asking. It felt like telling a kid to stop and he just would not stop after us asking multiple times. Extremely disappointed. Will never come to this Qdoba again.

I have visited this particular Qdoba location multiple times and there is always an issue with the same woman (shorter, with dark brown hair and nose piercings) who was working on 9/20/22 at 7:30pm. When I asked her about one of the dressings, she simply replied "salsa" without specifying if it was hot or mild. She displayed a terrible attitude and was extremely unpleasant every time I have visited. The rest of the staff are very kind, it's just this woman. Additionally, if I am paying extra for shrimp as a protein, I would expect to receive more than 5 shrimp. Just my observation.

I came in just before close on 9/21 and the women here were AMAZING! had a long and hard day at work and these queens were so sweet to me and gave me the best burrito ever ?? you guys are great!!!
