Qdoba Mexican Eats - Reno

Typically, the food at this restaurant is excellent, but today the beans were extremely salty.

Mistakes happen, but an apology and willingness to fix them can go a long way. I paid for my food at Lemon Valley Qdoba, walked away, and was then informed that I hadn't paid yet. I went back and paid again, causing my daughter to feel humiliated as I held up the line. I later discovered that my card had been charged twice, and despite bringing my bank statement to the manager as instructed, I have still not received a refund or apology. Lesson learned.

This restaurant serves the best sandwich in town. The service is for takeout orders and it is rated a 5 out of 5. It is the perfect place to grab a delicious lunch for $10–20 per person. The food quality is excellent, with a rating of 5 out of 5, and the atmosphere is welcoming, earning a rating of 4 out of 5.

Went to grab loaded tortilla soup for my family. The guy was really rude. I wish that he was wearing a name tag or I would name him here, but he wasn 't. There were two guys and two girls working, one guy was cleaning the grill and doing his own thing. The other guy was just rude. First, he wouldn 't talk loud enough that we could hear, and it 's naturally loud in there because of all the equipment, so he needs to be louder. Second, I was telling him all the things that I wanted in my soup, and he comes back with, can I put the soup in yet? What I wanted to say was, well, no, because I 'm not done putting my order together! When somebody 's trying to build their order, you don 't do that! It 's rude, and it 's poor customer service! The girls were really nice! They were exemplary! That guy needs to go, or he 's going to push customers away! If I hadn 't had to take a FlexRide all the way there and then needed to wait to take one back home, I would 've walked out right then. Nobody has to put up with that. Fortunately, the girls finished up our order and our soup was really good! If you want good food with a side of whiny sarcasm, this is the place to go, as long as he 's working! I 'm sure he 'll perform for you too.
