This place has the worst service! Every time I visit, the staff is rude and extremely slow, even when I tip them well. On this particular day, while waiting for our $40 order, we asked for the free cups that are usually provided. I often spend a lot of money here, so I thought we could get them. The girl working said, "Sorry, no—we're out." However, I noticed that when her family came in, she greeted them warmly in Spanish and gave each of them a cup. When we asked again, she went back, but it felt unfair. To me, it’s about the principle and the lack of customer support. I'm not concerned about the free cups; it’s the overall experience that matters. I refuse to return to this place.

The service was amazing and the staff was very friendly. Everything was served quickly and my drink was always just right. This is my favorite place to go. Highly recommended!

This place is fantastic! The staff is always very friendly, and most importantly, they consistently make our coffee perfect every single day. A huge thank you to everyone—we love you all! Youngs, Daylee, and Melissa.

My last visit to this location.Just visited Starbucks in 9/9/22 at 3:30 PM and will not be going back. It needs a good clean and to make sure the milk goes back into the fridge as soon they are done using it. My husband and I purchased 2 VT iced beverages our normal. We got 2 smaller cup’s not the normal with the logo to what we asked the barista and she admitted it was a few ounces smaller. I understand is not the employees fault but 30 minutes after we left the store we begin to develop a terrible stomach ache. We saw the milk sitting on the counter but never thought it could possibly be sitting there for a while. We spent over 24 hours sick after drinking our coffee.Both the barista and the cashier were nice and friendly.
