Jersey Mike's Subs - Renton

It's Jersey Mike's, so if you enjoy this type of sub, you're in for a treat as they all pretty much taste the same. What sets this location apart is the staff. I've never visited when they weren't cheerful and enjoying themselves. While I wouldn’t describe the atmosphere as particularly good—thanks to corporate America turning everything into a sort of circus—the authenticity of the employees and the light-heartedness they bring to an otherwise mundane day make it a great alternative to Subway.

I absolutely love this place! The sandwiches are delicious, and the staff is incredible! They’ll customize anything for you. This week, I combined a #9 and a #13 to create a single sandwich, and it was fantastic!

The food is excellent, and although it's often bustling with customers, the staff remains friendly and welcoming, even during the busiest times.

The restaurant is very clean and the staff is incredibly friendly. However, the corporate office should consider installing mesh blinds on the windows so that the employees don't have to squint to see customers when taking orders.

This Jersey Mike's has a vibrant atmosphere and is filled with energetic young staff who work more quickly than usual. They communicate swiftly, clearly, and effectively, showing that someone has taught them the significance of customer service and a strong work ethic. The Famous Philly sandwich I ordered was spot on, and the seating area was tidy. On a Saturday afternoon, there was minimal foot traffic. Even though the store was clean and not crowded, I would suggest opting for delivery, as the fast pace of their service made me eat a bit faster than usual. Parking is convenient at this location. If you encounter any issues here, there's a good chance the problem lies with you. Next door to the left is a Papa John's Pizza, and to the right, you'll find a brewery where you can enjoy your food, including pizza and sandwiches.
