Red Knife Parrilla De Autor - Repelón

I'm so happy my family and I tried. First, the restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. The staff was very polite, helpful and efficient. Beef Carpaccio is some of the best I ever tasted. Beef was very fresh and tasteful. I shared the New York Steak, which was cooked for perfection (medium rare). Here too the taste of beef is remarkable. Apparently the cows are fed very well, hopefully weed fed? When and when I return to Cartagena, this restaurant will be on my list to revise. Very recommended if you are a Steak lover!!

The first time in Cartagena and I were happy to find this jewel. I asked Triologia and everything about it was delicious and delicate. The picture doesn't make justice. The coffee was perfect and thick/creamy (no milk added). The place was nice and my waiter Tommy was very helpful and polite. I definitely recommend this place.

If you are looking for a good steak house with American style and Colombian taste, give this place a shot. It's definitely worth it! Amazing meat, amazing starter plates and the wine list is also quite good. If you like wine and meat, this is definitely the place for you when visiting Cartagena. When in a city of a hundred upscale restaurants, I repeat the same one, you can tell it is GOOD!

Very friendly hosts and the food was really good. Chef even came to our table to see if we enjoyed the new dish. Our waiter, Tommy, was very attentive!!
