Phở Số 1 - Reseda

I 'm going to give my first review. Before visiting the restaurant, I searched for a highly-rated place on Yelp. There were branches of the same restaurant in Granada Hills and Simi and others. Since I had been to the Simi branch before and had a great impression, I decided to go to the Reseda , which is part of the same chain.It was amazing to see a Vietnamese restaurant with multiple locations like this. I thought the owner must be fantastic. With high expectations, my family and I decided to go to the new Reseda restaurant .When we entered the restaurant, the interior was very clean and stylish, with a sense of cleanliness. And that 's where the disappointing story began.Starting with a young female waitress, all the employees lacked service, friendliness, and smiles. Everything was sloppy. Every employee on the night of June 10, 2023.At first, I thought maybe it was just the young girl who served our table who was disappointing, but it turned out that all the other employees were the same. I have never seen such unfriendly waitresses before.If it was just one person who served us, it would have been more understandable, but all the young female waitresses and employees had the same attitude. This made me realize that it 's not an individual problem, but a lack of education within the company as a whole. I don 't expect excessive service, just basic service, but they couldn 't even deliver that. I hope the owner, who likely has multiple successful establishments, reads this message.Of course, it turned out to be a disappointing dinner for my whole family. Nevertheless, we left the minimum tip to make you realize that there is something wrong with your service.

Food was very tasty. I liked the broth flavor in my soup. I'd go there again for sure. The prices were reasonable

I have been going to this place for years. Always consistently delicious. Tram and the staff are are always super friendly and courteous. Highly recommend.

Great great food and prices! Service isn't as bad as people say it is. And the place is clean and big. 10/10 healthy food too.
