Mcdonald's - Residencial Guadalupe

On a Friday, at 10:30 in the morning, there were no people at the AutoMac and they left me waiting for about 10 minutes just to take my order. They don 't even say hello and after 10 minutes as if nothing had happened, they just say, Shall I take your order? Not a “sorry for the delay”. Terrible service. Service: 1

The food ok. Terribly bad service. Lots of staff but almost all of them playing instead of working. I asked for extra bacon and the cashier said there wasn't any.
