Ledo Pizza - Reston

I ordered a medium pizza last night with 1/2 banana peppers and half jalapenos and crispy bacon on the whole thing. When I got it home it had banana peppers on the whole thing, jalapenos on half and absolutely no bacon! When I called to complain about there being no bacon, the person 's response was Oh I know there wasn 't any bacon. If you want to come back I 'll give you a side of it you can put on it. No I 'm not going back! I asked if they would give me credit towards the next order,and he said we can discuss that when I come back. This isn 't the only time I 've gotten bad ustomer service here. This location has horrible customer service especially for the prices being charged! I will not be back! There 's a better Ledos on Westfield 's Drive in Centerville. They know how to treat customers! I would highly recommend giving them your business! That 's where I 'll be taking mine from now on. It 's worth the extra 30 minutes drive there and back!

Since 2003 customer of this site. Although some of the employees are different over the years when I go all is beautiful. Whether I order the introduction or executing of the food, it is made fresh and timely. I usually didn't ask for cheese and it was never a problem. Definitely recommend.

The pizza was delicious, also the crust. And has some math, turns out her pizza is a little bigger in the area compared to the regular round! It is very interesting that they correspond to the sizes.

Authentic Italian cuisine, beautifully cooked, carefully seasoned with love, served by a mild, wonderful server that really takes care of his job. This is a hidden gem in an American plaza that brought me back directly to my youth in Italy. This is my second visit and it was just as wonderful as the first visit. Make yourself a favor, take your time off your schedule to sit down and enjoy a meal with the family here, switch the phones and collect, nothing comes close to this place around these parts, and culinically speaking this is up there with a homemade meal back home. Never change ledo’s! Came back 7 months later and it's still the best! We love Ledo’s! It is definitely what we are looking forward to when we travel to the area for work! So amazing!

This is the best local Ledo!! By far, every time I order here, it's on point. Idk what distinguishes it from the rest, but the quality and service is great every time.
