If you visit this restaurant on a lovely day, be sure to request a table on the outdoor deck—it offers stunning views of Lake Thoreau. The service here is friendly and quick, and the food consistently meets expectations. The Dry Aged Beef Burger is juicy, and the fries are perfectly cooked, light and crispy. I particularly enjoyed the Clam Chowder, which is thick with potatoes and clams, topped with oyster crackers. The prices are reasonable, although the Steak Frites is a bit on the higher side. We didn't have space for dessert, but I definitely plan to return!

As locals, we might be a bit biased, but we’ve become regulars here, especially for their Monday half-off wine bottle deal. The food is delicious, and the service is consistently friendly and attentive. I'm surprised to hear any complaints about the service—it has always been great for us. Make sure to grab a table on the outdoor deck for a lovely view of Lake Thoreau. The food presentation is appealing, and the portion sizes are satisfying. While the fish specials can be a bit pricey, they are well worth it and sound fantastic. I have a couple of minor suggestions: the bun is a bit large for both the burger and chicken sandwich, but they are still executed very well. It's hard to find a place that can cook a burger to medium rare, but they nailed it here. Overall, it’s a great spot to unwind and relax.

I came on a Friday evening by myself, sat at the bar. The place was SLAMMED! Obviously a popular spot. Even tho they were extremely busy, they still gave great service, all had great attitudes and handled the rush with poise grace. As I was waiting for my food, I checked out the place, watching the wait staff, bar staff kitchen staff interact in a calm efficient manner. All the customers seemed as happy as me.The food was impeccably plated, and the extremely delicious and served HOT! Nice Job Red's!Vegetarian options: I had the Cauliflower in romesco chimichurri sauces. It was truly amazing! Tasty Tasty Tasty!

We had a lovely lunch on 'the back porch ' on a Thursday. It was pleasantly busy. I 'm glad of that because the local owners were classmates of two of my kids. The food quality has improved since I was there last, a few years ago. The service was attentive but not hovering. Just about right.Food: 5/5
