Yesterday the male barista tried to be slick and add a 15% tip while I looked away during an Apple Pay transaction. In the grand scheme of things is $1 that big of a deal? No. Is what he did disrespectful? Absolutely. You need to do better.
After 2 hours in my car I chose this Starbucks to plug in my Tesla was excited to get an espresso relax. I was limping dying to use the bathroom but was refused even after confirming I would buy something basically begged. I was clearly not a bum found this extremely rude. This has never happened to me anywhere in NY or NJ. Manager should allow employees to use discretion. Ended up sitting in my car while charging. Super disappointing.
This Starbucks recently went through a “remodeling” where the store was supposedly going to be updated. The day they were supposed to reopen kept on being pushed back. When they finally did reopen instead of the store being updated like advertised it was instead reopened as a licensed store. This means it is no longer a corporate affiliated Starbucks and as such no longer accept payment through the app, mobile orders, Starbucks promotions or stars etc. The quality of the coffee has also gone downhill with the drinks tasting nothing like they are supposed too.
December 12,2023 — they don’t take Starbucks App payments, so no stars….The most ridiculous way to treat customers. Have been “remodeling” and changing the reopening date on a daily basis. Clearly they are very inefficient and clueless at customer service at this location. How can you advertise for weeks reopening December 2 and then change it to December 7th the day before? How can you be so off?!! It gets better, you plan ahead of your commute only to find out that now they decided to reopen on December 8th!!! They are treating this store as a joke! So not the way Starbucks corporate models their business. I along with two other people yelled a big “F..k”! when we showed up to get our coffee and pastries this morning. Unfortunately, no other options in the area at 07:00 am. Ridiculous!!!
I've gotten coffee here literally hundreds of times since I pass it on my way to work. The baristas are nice BUT they are extremely inconsistent at this location in terms of making drinks correctly. If you order the same exact drink three days in a row, it will taste different each time. Insanely sweet one day, the next day it'll taste like plain coffee. They so rarely get it right. On top of this, this location is randomly closed sometimes so then you just can't get coffee at all. Very frustrating.
