Decent service, but very loud music. Impossible to have a phone conversation.

This Starbucks gets five stars for their extraordinary friendly services. Happy people who love what they do. This store has excellent service, great songs, and a friendly atmosphere.

I just ordered mobile pickup, and this is what I received (see picture). It looks like a quarter of the drink is missing, as if someone had taken a sip. I didn't request less ice or anything—I ordered it just as normal. I've never had a disappointing experience with Starbucks before!

I truly enjoy the coffee at Starbucks. However, I'm disappointed that they stop brewing decaf after 10 or 11 a.m. Many of us can’t have caffeine in the afternoons or evenings but still crave our coffee. As a result, I find myself ordering an Americano or a pour over, which don't really compare to a freshly brewed decaf. Additionally, prices keep rising, even before inflation hit. Because of this, I don't visit as often as I used to, and I hardly redeem anything with my membership points.
