Chicken? Good. Customer service? Not. When I got home I discovered one item on my order was missing and my coleslaw side was instead pasta salad. Called the restaurant and was told coleslaw was no longer served. So why is it still on the online menu? Was promised a refund for the missing item but I'm not holding my breath waiting. First and last visit.
Probably the best Latin-American food I've had in recent memory, and I'm comparing this to a lot of places, i.e. restaurants I've eaten at in D.C., Manhattan, Orlando, Seoul, Tokyo, etc.Definitely tastes homemade.I ordered and picked up the chicken bowl a bit over an hour ago. They accepted my order over the phone and were ready within 15 mins. The black beans were creamy and fresh tasting, not watery and flavorless. The rice was beautifully cooked, the sweet plantains had that lovely crust along the edges but cooked tender, and the chicken was just perfect. The whole mix was great. Loved the amount of red onion (sliced thin and not too much of it), but I'd like a bit more diced tomato.Regardless, this is my new favorite restaurant in my area.Dietary restrictions: Easy to find gluten-free options.
I always come here when I’m in town. As a fellow Peruvian, I give this place 5 stars for its pollo a la brasa!
Fast service and the chicken is freshly cook. Clean establishment and restrooms.
